I did it myself actually, after a lot of attempts, its actually quite easy, as long as you have the 3 column layout selected you can then just use any pics you want as your background, and I just made a header myself and loaded that. I loaded them thru Photobucket, using the direct link tag, the background image goes into the first box on your image options page, the header into the other one, just make sure you put the size of your header into where they ask for it.
